Refund Policy

Digital Products

All subscriptions and services offered on the platform are digital services.

Once a subscription is activated and access to educational content is granted, the service is considered delivered.


No Refund Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable once:

  • The subscription has been activated
  • The user has accessed paid content


Exceptional Cases

Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:
